I hope you are excited about your new purchase but for any reason you may return all unused items with their original packaging within 10 days of receiving your item. Please contact me at email@example.com the reason for return and date of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Once the product is received and inspected a full refund will be issued for all unused items minus 10% for restocking fees. Returns are processed within 4 business days from receiving the product but may take up to 30 days to see in your account. Please note: If you customized your order I will still accept returns but you will only be refunded for 50 percent of the original purchase.
All unused items in original packaging within 20 days of receiving your item is acceptable. Email Us! with the reason for exchange and your confirmation order number. You are responsible for shipping the item back. Once processed and inspected a digital gift card will be sent to you with your original purchase amount applied.
Sometimes as I am working with costing materials & labor I may adjust the prices of items. If you have purchased the same item within the past 30 days from the price adjustment do not worry! Please contact me and I will send you the adjusted price difference.
I love these pieces and stand firmly behind the the materials and craftsmanship that are involved in the process of creating them. I strive to exceed your expectations of quality but in the unlikely event you find a problem with the materials or craftsmanship of your product, I will repair or replace your item for the same or similar style depending on what is available. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mistreatment, although I will repair your item if possible for a reasonable fee if the materials are available. *This excludes keychains & Sample Sale items (unless noted otherwise in sale).
Leather conditioners should be applied with a soft cloth for cleaning and to also provide good water repellent properties. This will also help maintain the leathers beauty & minimize scratches. For Nubuck and Suede products a 'Protect All' Spray should be applied. When life happens such as dirt & spills wipe off with soft cloth. All pieces will come with their own specific care instructions for you.
